Are we open?

Under the classification of the New Zealand government Snappy has been deemed to be a non-essential service. This means that our online fulfilment centres are empty and we are not dispatching orders for the duration of Alert Level Four.

If you wish, you can purchase items on our online store however your orders will not be dispatched straight away.

When will orders start getting dispatched again?

Once the New Zealand government downgrades from Alert Level Four our distribution centre will reopen and we will begin fulfilling customer's orders. Orders will be prioritised by the date they were placed.

Will I be able to contact you during the lock down period?

As of Friday 27th of March our Customer Care team will no longer be responding to emails and live chats. Once Alert Level Four is downgraded to Level Three our team will become operational again. Customer enquiries will be prioritised by the date they were placed.

During these challenging times we encourage you to stay in, stay safe, and look after one another.

Kia Kaha

The Snappy team.
